Richard Harlow received his BSc and MSc degrees in Product Design from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and His MPhil in design from the University of Staffordshire. Since 2012 he has  worked in a range of design and research roles in industry and academia. These roles have developed Richards passion for sustainable and user centred design.  Elddir Ltd was founded with the aim of creating a positive change in the world, improving the quality of life for the growing population suffering from joint and muscle related conditions, while improving the safety of young children.

  Sean Reel is an accomplished business leader with a proven track record in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. As the leader of Ignite Bermuda, he has accelerated over 300 businesses With decades of global experience across industries, Sean has worked at Boots, Smith & Nephew and managed healthcare brands.  Sean has taken two companies to IPO and been a Board member of a business sold for £1.1 Billion.. He is passionate about solving complex challenges, including healthcare dehydration, and is committed to creating positive impact in communities worldwide.
